Petit Montreux – Antique Low Sideboard from Geneva, Switzerland

Meet Petit Montreux, a unique low sideboard with true Swiss character. Originally the top section of a large Swiss buffet, this piece has been carefully restored after being rescued from disposal in Geneva.

With its finely carved wooden panels, warm patina, and compact proportions, Petit Montreux is both unusual and versatile – perfect as a TV stand, hallway console, or statement storage piece. The craftsmanship and detail speak of its heritage, while the renovation has given it a fresh new life.

Condition:

Good vintage condition with a few signs of wear consistent with age, namely:

- Small cracks and dents on the wood. Top left corner of the table top was carefully reconstructed but imperfection is visible on a closer inspection, accentuating its history and charm.
- Original key is sadly lost, a replacement key provided.
- Table top is made from thin wood panel, the rest of the cabinet is solid wood.
